Philips SpeechLive - unable to sign into SpeechLive app after resetting passoword

In certain instances, users are not able to sign into the new SpeechLive app after creating a new password. 

To resolve this, the user will need to first sign in to SpeechLive on a chrome web browser at www.SpeechLive.com before attampting to sign in on the app to validate the new login credentials.
