Philips SpeechLive: Network error on the web browser

A Network error when logging into SpeechLive, or trying to play back a dictation, usually occurs when the PC that you are using does not have sufficient hard disk space to allow SpeechLive to function properly.



Philips SpeechLive requires at least 4GB of hard disk space (physical memory, not RAM or processing memory). We recommend checking your hard disk and moving any required files to server or cloud storage within your organisation, or deleting files no longer required from folders. This includes emptying your computers recycle bin.

Once you have freed up at least 4GB of hard disk space, please reload SpeechLive and try again.
