The below resolves a potential issue when attempting to pair Nuance PowerMic Mobile with Dragon Medical One.


If the Pairing ID is blank; this usually occurs when the downloaded application (DMO) was not ‘unblocked’ before it was unzipped.

 

Please find or re-download the DMO package and unblock it before unzipping and using it (right-click > properties).

If this is not unblocked, then the associated DLL file used for the Pairing ID creation becomes unusable and as such no pairing ID is created.
