Hytera Software - Issues with License & Dongle (Dongle Not Recognised)

The main issues we have come across are to do with the security dongle:

-First issue is drivers. Once these have been executed from the 'Sentinel_USB_7.41' setup file and the dongle is plugged in, you should see three entries in the device manager screen as per the image below:


-Second issue is the firewall. The dongle uses port 1947 to communicate with the IDS software. Once the device manager screen is confirmed to be ok, open a web browser and navigate to 'http://localhost:1947'. You should see a screen similar to the screenshot of the Sentinel Admin Control Center.
