This guide details how to configure DSS Player for Mac.

To access the options menu, click on DSS Player > Preferences.

General Tab:

• Set a password to encrypt downloaded files with.
• Synchronisation of Date & Time when a device is connected to the mac.
• Icon size for the toolbar items.

Download Tab:

• Download location
  • To change the location for a folder click on the path and select Other...
    
  • Next browse to the shared folder and click Open.
    

    

  • The new path will appear now.
    

• Delete original files from the device after downloading
• Convert files to AIFF while downloading
• Automatic download of files when device is detected

Record Tab:

• Recording format for direct recording
• Verbal Comments availability
• Optional setting for recording preferences

Select OK once completed, to apply these settings.
